The conveying rods of horizontal plating lines shall be cleaned regularly to ensure electrical conductivity. Inspect the couplers for firmness, the running wheels for wear, and the transmission system for any necessary adjustments or repairs at scheduled intervals.
2.Inspection and Maintenance of Vibration Mechanisms
Regular inspection of the vibration and swing devices is essential for vertical lifting plating lines. Check the wear of reducers, bolts of vibration motors and rubber components, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner. Meanwhile, inspect power cords and junction boxes regularly to ensure good insulation and reliable contact.
3.Continuous Monitoring of Circulation Filtration Systems
Regularly check the filter cartridges of the circulation filtration unit for leaks, replace filter cotton cores and carbon cores, and clean the filter pump to ensure filtration efficiency and flow rate.
4.Comprehensive Inspection of Auxiliary Equipment
This includes checking the power output, cooling systems for electrical controls, electrical components, connectors, contactors, relays, capacitors, etc., to ensure all components function properly, and replace damaged or corroded parts promptly.
5.Equipment Protection During Long-Term Shutdown
Before the equipment is out of service for an extended period, conduct a thorough cleaning and maintenance. Keep the floor and equipment dry, protect motors with plastic wrap, apply grease for rust prevention, drain chemicals from pipelines, clean the filter barrel and filter elements of the filter, and wash the heater.
6.Regular Cleaning and Inspection of Tanks
Tank cleaning is critical for both horizontal and vertical plating lines. It is recommended to clean water-washing tanks weekly, and clean acid tanks with replacement of bath solution. Meanwhile, inspect and unclog any blocked spray devices, regularly clean conductive seats and anode contact areas, and inspect or replace damaged titanium basket bags. Periodically clean plate protection bags and use activated carbon to filter the bath solution for impurity removal.
7.Routine Inspection of Pipeline Systems
Regularly inspect water and air pipeline systems to ensure no leakage, and repair or replace damaged pipelines in a timely manner.
